The owner, Carlos, is very conscientious and quantity minded. He repaired several leaks in my first floor ceiling coming from the second floor western exterior wall. That wall was covered with 1" (nominal) 6" wide T&G Cedar that was over 30 year old. Work included new 4x8x1/2" exterior grade plywood, new house wrap, flashing and new cedar. When the old cedar was removed the existing plywood sheathing was rotten in several places.If you are looking for a Contractor to replace your roof or siding, I strongly recommend you hire him.

Carlos was friendly and very professional and honest. He said he would call and give me a status of when he would come to my house and he did call. The next day he came when he said he would. I would recommend Carlos to anyone and definitely use,him again.

Very friendly, very professional.

I needed a new roof as soon as possible and was kept in constant contact to reschedule due to bad weather. The day of the project started early and was finished about 9 hours later. Problems were found during the job and increased the cost but was necessary to do the job right. I would definitely hire them again or at the very least, recommend their services.

The guys are good. Carlos was great!! He is punctual, does the right thing, kept to the budget!! Given that our window trim wasn't a simple exercise, it took lot of attention to detail to get it right - he did an amazing job. Cleaned up everything after their work. Would highly recommend him!!

They cam when scheduled and did an excellent job. The only problem was that some plaster chunks fell into the house when they nailed the roof.
