the bow window had to be removed a total of 3 times due to a drainage issue. as a result the sill started to rot. window removed and thought to be repaired. 2nd time, same window and continuing issue. 3rd time and current issue, same thing only new window was installed in '05. peter the owner clames not same company, what he did was reopen under same name, for a clean slate, really!!! (still under warrente) they were located in bayshore, long island now Massapequa.
