Allied Home Renovation Inc

We were looking at a few other contractors and Allied was a clear choice after reviewing all of the references and materials that Mr. Mclynch provide for us.. The other reason we chose Allied Home renovation was because of the reputation that Charles Mclynch has on Long Island for 30 years. His BBB rating was an A + and he educated me and my wife on all aspects of the project and explained how to look over the plans and specs, which was helpful. When we signed the contract, Charles had provided us with a schedule and what to expect along the way. The following week, a dumpster arrived along with a pora-potty for the workers so they would not have to use the house, which we liked. Thereafter the job started with demolition and the crew was very fast, efficient and kept the everything extremely clean, which we also liked.  After that the foundation was poured and everything else fell into place and moved along exactly like Charles had laid it out for us in the schedule.
We also secured financing for the project through a source that Charles had put us in touch with. Over all the whole experience was Awesome and the end result is Beautiful. Our daughter is home from college and she has her own apartment within a few feet of us, which we love.

It went exceptionally well. We were in the process of getting quotations from a few different contractors and Charles McLynch, owner of Allied Home Renovation was referred to us by a friend. After meeting with Charles and seeing his portfolio of work over the past 20 years, we were impressed. He had a list of references, a professional commercial with testimonials and a Better Business Bureau rating of A plus, which was important in making my decision. Charles was not pushy at all. He was eager to educate us and make himself available to answer our questions. When it came to price, Charles was a little higher than the other contractors, but his professionalism set him apart from the rest and that gave me the comfort level that I needed.

We signed the contract on the 5th and he had a crew out there on the 7th. Between the demo, cleanup and rebuild of the bathroom, everything went like clock work. His tile guy is extremely talented and I would refer Charles to my friends without a question. In fact we are starting our kitchen and we will be using Allied for this project as well.
