My appointment was cancelled 3 times. One time for could not make it, 2nd time ran out of material and third time did not bring the right material. while. I was waiting in the house. I had to make several calls to find out the time they are coming. Last time they came, the person who came to seal coat, said that they did not give the estimate for sealing spaces between driveway and Belgium blocks. It will cost me additional $200. I said to check the price with the boss and then do it. he replied that He will come back tomorrow. Mary returned my call after 3 attempts and said to find some one else after wasting so much my time.

We contacted several paving companies for estimates on putting in a new driveway. We picked Action because they sounded like they would do the best job. They were not the cheapest. After saying "yes" we were told someone would call to schedule the first phase in a week. After waiting almost 2 weeks we started calling the office and the estimator. More than a month went by and there was never a call back to schedule. It seemed crazy that there would be no response from anyone at the company to do a $1,900 job. I would never recommend this company!

Job was postponed a few times due to rain. The company contacted me prior to each postponement to reschedule. The workers were careful to protect Belgium blocks.

Everything went fine.

The person who came to the house for the estimate was courteous and knowledgeable. I chose another company because Action's price was about $200 higher than two other estimates for the same job.

ACTION BLACKTOP IS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY REALLY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK AND DO NOT SLOP STUFF AROUND. THEY KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAN. THEY WILL REPAIR MINOR CRACKS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
