LUCKY'S AUTO SALES

My son bought his first car from Lucky's last year. They financed it for him. When he went to pick it up the woman gave him one key, showed him a second key and said he would get that one when the car was paid for. Last month he got a late payment notice for his final payment. Even though he knew he wasn't late he hurried to get the payment to them. A few days later the woman called to apologize for the mistaken late payment notice and said that since it was his final payment the other key and the title would be sent to him. He still hasn't received them. He called the main office in Painted Post a couple days ago and the woman there said she didn't know anything about a second key but would ask someone else about it. He still hasn't heard anything from them and has not received the title to his paid off car. Also, the car was apparently inspected right before he bought it, but he's had a lot of problems with it. He's said he'll never buy another car from them.
