I called on a Monday morning and was told someone would be there that day between five and seven pm. No show, no call. My husband called the next morning, Tuesday, and was told we had an appointment with "Chris" for the next day, Wednesday, between two and four. Again NO SHOW, NO CALL!!! We will be finding some other company to take care of our pests.

I’m very happy with them as well. They have been hired to come out every month or couple of months. I think they are a little high but I don’t know what other companies are charging. I thought for what they did and came out, they weren’t here very long I thought the price might have been a little high. They’re contracted to come here.

I have been using this company for over 10 years.  They always come when they are scheduled to come and do a fantastic job.  I will continue to use them for years to come as well as recommend them to others.

They don't stay long when they come out and their price goes up every year. I started out with them at like $75/service and now it's up to over $100/service which I find annoying. Other than that, they are fine. I'm going to start shopping around though.

They were okay. They didn't kill all the bugs, but we haven't called them back out yet so it's not their fault. They were very good.

Very thorough, good follow-up

I took the free inspection but declined to hire them for the exterminating.  They charge almost $ 2,000 to set and monitor feeding stations with no quarantee  or provision for repair of damage to the structure.  Instead I read up on termites and ordered online the same tyoe of feeding station/bait traps Terminix uses for about $300 and spent another $300 on new basement windows.  So far so good.

Their pricing is reasonable and they come whenever you need them. The name of the person who worked on the hives was Micheal and in general, he has been great and wonderful, he did a good job and I will not use anybody else except him.

The pricing was extremely reasonable compared to other places. I did have to call them back once for centipedes. They were very personable.

They are fine. I think they are average. I still get ants all the time. I haven't compared their prices.

I’m under contract so when I have problems they come and take care of them.  I haven’t had any problems with them.
