enThe work they did was done well with some small exceptions.  However, getting them to correct the issues that they did not do correctly has been a problem.  They have not answered numerous phone calls and have not returned in a timely manner as promised.   I realize that the problems left are relatively minor but they reflect on the quality of the entire job and make the work done look inferior.  I still have not been able to get them to return a call or make a specific commitment on when they will return to fix the remaining issues.  This is unnecessary as it makes the quality of the work look poorly and incomplete.

The guy gave us an estimate, we were shocked at how little it would be (another repair person quoted us 3 times as much), he told us when he could get it done by, showed up when he said he would, did all the work, and the work was of amazing quality. For instance, the storm window frame had to be rebuilt. It has totally held up. He did some work for us 3 years ago and that has all held up as well. This guy really knows what he's doing.
