I called Mr. Biegasiewicz today because I needed to get another part from Moen, and there was confusion again because of the date it was installed and the date of the part going back to 2009. We missed each other, and he left a message for me to just tell him it was recently installed. It's not that simple because a recent installation would mean a new part, as would a 2011 installation, and that wasn't the case, so I left him a message since he did
not answer the phone and I let him know I was extremely disappointed for the reasons mentioned above. Isn't anyone honest these days?Sincerely, Sandra O'Geen
