We ended up going with a smaller local company, ( Pro Mechanicals of WNY) that were straight forward and extremely helpful. They gave us an honest price and created a new design for us, they did impeccable work. The guy that came (John) took extra time out to sit down and go over all our questions, I would recommend that you stay away from Artic and I hope that this will lead you in the direction of a true professional, Thanks PRO !
