+ -1 moreWe have used 4 different pool services including Islander (worst customer service ever) in the 5 years that we have owned our pool. Whips has been the best by far. They opened our pool for us early this year because we were selling our house and needed the pool open by a specific date. They came on time and did everything they were supposed to do in a timely manner. A week later, the hose that attaches to the chlorinator broke so I had to turn the pump off. I called Whips and they were able to come out within the hour to replace it. While they were there, my Shark vacuum came apart. They took time out of their day to look at it and fix it for me for no charge. They were so nice and friendly, it was a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend Whips to anyone with a pool, no one else in the area compares in terms of service and price.
