Description of Work: I had a leaky roof. It was the old part of the house and it was not clear when the shingles had been replaced. I called Spa Window and Remodeling (Kim Cook) because I had dealt with them before on other projects, including roofing. Others I contacted wanted a payment before even looking at the job or were not responsive enough. The crew (about 4-5 people) did the job in 2.5 days. They took off the old shingles, repaired some rotted boards, installed ice/water barrier and new roofing. They took off and reinstalled the gutter guards also. A section of the roof was above a bay window that required complete redoing and it was finished with rubber sheets glued on to insulated boards which they installed. They were very professional, pleasant, and did a complete clean-up.
