My impression is Spencer was good when he did the inspection- he seemed thorough and explained a lot of things about our home to us. He found only a couple minor issues, and said everything else looked great. Three months after closing, we found out the water softener and filtration system were installed incorrectly and not up to code. We had someone come test our water because we weren’t happy with how it tasted, and the person noticed immediately that the drain line was running across the basement floor to the sump pump pit, instead up into the sewer line. We are alarmed and wonder what else Spencer missed.
