Joe Toomey and his team are excellent to work with. This was our fifth and sixth major renovations and this was by far the best team we've ever worked with. They combine highly polished skills and experience with a level of project management and communication we've never seen from any contractor. Wish we had more projects to do just because we've enjoyed working with them so much. On the internal flood repair job they dealt patiently and effectively with all the insurance company rules and people and requirements. We couldn't be happier.

The challenges facing a contractor (and homeowner!) are many in an old house renovation: thinking outside the box, dealing with issues that have been hidden for decades and integrating the new with the old while respecting the attributes of both are just the beginning. Joe and his crew are hardworking, patient and skilled. We especially appreciated their “can do” attitude, ability to find solutions and commitment to do things “the right way” - at a reasonable cost.

Joe and his team were very informative, creative and very reasonable! Starting our addition was a challenge from the beginning. Removal of our existing 3 season room and putting techno post in December to a very long winter of 2018 seem to drag right into a wet spring prolonging our 16x20 addition. Our 4 season room is just beautiful and just what we wanted. Joe, Jake (Joe’s son), Brian, and others all had their hands on this project. They should be proud of another masterpiece of art! It was a pleasure working with you all and Loudon thanks you for keeping the wife happy!
