The worst !! This so called professional screwed up my house beyond belief. When I hired Mr. Siano, I made it extremely clear my No #1 single most thing I was concerned about was having a wet basement and not wanting to have a sump pump installed and running all the time. Guess what ended up happening ? Not only does it run ALL the time, ALL year round, but I have to keep a generator on hand in case the power goes out. I do have a battery back up, but doesn't work very well and plus the fact there is too much water coming in. Needless to say it is a constant worry of my basement flooding. This is just the tip of the iceberg, I could really write a book alone just on this subject and the dealings I had with Mr. Siano. Fast forward to the septic, after paying an engineer $1000+ for plans he messed those up royally as well. The building inspector made him rip out the entire system because he did not bother reading the plans. I had to have 300 tons of additional sand brought in etc...
