Pregent is a company you can trust. They are completely professional in all ways, from estimating and planning to the final execution. We had our driveway repaved after having a new garage built and the Pregent team nailed it—they performed like a well-oiled machine and the work was flawless…. All at a fair price and in very short order. Can’t thank Joe Jr. and Sr. enough for the great work and for making everything go so smoothly!

Neil came to give an estimate and I like it, I wanted to use them to do my driveway, Neil told me to contact the office to set up a day for them to do the job, I call, I Text them (Marissa), I email them through the web site for 2 months, I could not get a hold of them, I call back Neil and he said to call the office, I call him back again to ask if the office can call me back, never heard from them, I call Neil again to let him know I can’t set up an appointment because nobody returns my call, He got upset and said that I’m harassing him. What a terrible company! Stay away from PREGENT PAVING

Joe and his crew totally exceeded my expectations and worth every dollar I paid. Joe and his employees are courteous and and professional at all times. If I were to do this job all over again, there is no doubt that I would hire Pregent paving once more. You can waste a lot of time getting estimates from other contractors for your paving and hardscape needs, but I recommend you just call Joe first.

Beware of this company. We asked them to resolve a problem we had with a heaving culvert. The recommended pulling the culvert. (Which they then added on a fee $250 fee to haul it away - our bad we paid it) They botched the job and then we could not get them back for 6 months. They "redid " the project but again it cracked and did not divert water properly. When I tried to contact them again, my calls were never returned. Stay away if you are smart.

He came and gave us an estimate on April 25, 2015.  We called the office on April 27, 2015 and hired them.  We agreed to do the group process which is to wait until they have a bunch of customers in our area and do them all at the same time which saves $300.  Around May 20th I noticed that a driveway at the end of our street had been done and Pregent's signs were up so I called the next day and left a message.  My husband and I have been calling almost daily for weeks now and leaving messages and they do not return our calls.  Yesterday, my husband called and got a busy signal so he called again 30 seconds later and it rang but no one picked up so I decided to call from a phone that we haven't used, figuring they have caller ID, and Marissa answered the phone.  I asked her why they haven't returned our calls and why the house at the end of the street was done but not ours and she fumbled her words and tried to tell me that she had been sick for a few days and then it was the weather put them behind but she couldn't come up with an excuse as to why the driveway down the street was done and not ours.  My response to her excuses were "how can you run a business and not return phone calls for almost three weeks."  I then said, "it's been over a month so you should be able to give me an exact date of when it will be done."  She said she had to talk to the guy who runs everything but he was out doing errands (it was pouring outside) and he wasn't reachable which I find really hard to believe that he doesn't have a cell phone.  I said, "if I don't hear from you by tomorrow morning (today), we don't want your service and I will report you to Angie's List. " The fact that I'm writing this tells you that they did not call.  I do not understand why we are being treated this way.  We never met them before the estimate and we were very pleasant to them when we met.  I'm extremely disappointed, especially because we turned away the other companies that gave us estimates.   The other part is that I chose them because they were on your A list and they were a local business.  I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them.   I hope you contact them and let them know of our discontent.

It went well. It was sometimes hard to contact Joe or his wife by phone and e-mail seemed to work the best. He and his crew were with us for four days and they were anxious to please. The work was well done and the place looks great. Joe actually sealed the part of the Kingsley Road driveway that we did not have blacktopped - without our asking him to and without charging us. He indicated that he wanted the job to look complete and it does. The job included re-striping the parking areas and he did that as well. Handicapped areas were outlined in blue as requested.







Personally, I was very pleased with the job, would recommend them and would hire them again.

The guy's were on time and worked really hard to finish the job in one day. Was very impressed with owner Joe he worked just as hard as his guys. Will defiantly recommend to family and friends.

Pregent came out and gave a free estimate. The crew showed up on time and tore up and widened the dive and walkway. They laid stone and came back the next day to pave. All was well till the end of the summer when grass started growing up through the edges of all of the new black top. I tried to used round up to stop the couple of spots but now this year its really bad. Edges are shot and areas are heaving. I've called twice and someone did return my call. Told them about my problem and they said someone would call me in a day or two. No one every did. I've called them 7 more times but they just won't return my calls. Guess Now they know there is an issue they dont want to stand behind their product. Now i will have to go to their office and speak with them in person. NOT PLEASED!!!!!

Amazing work and professionalism. We worked together to design a front walk out of pavers that is unique and perfect. The entire crew was friendly and I could tell they take great pride in their work. They worked quickly but tidy and cleaned up after the job was completed. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and the price. My neighbors were so impressed that they hired Pregent to do their driveway and pavers around their pool.
