I dealt with the owner of the company. I definatley could have done a much better job and saved myself the $1.200 dollars in commission. He never took an application from one renter, only got six months rental history for the one tenant that he did take an application for, no proof of job, the only credit report obtained was given to the agent by the prospective tenants and the list goes on.
My house was left dirty and damaged. It cost thousands or dollars to restore the house to before the tenants moved in. I feel if the tenants had been properly vetted by Pinnacle Realty I would never have had these costly problems.
