+ -1 moreHe came to the house, gave me an estimate for $1006.00. That included fixing the leak and replacing some of the plumbing. He wanted a deposit of 50%, I gave it to him. Later the same day I called to tell him that I couldn't afford to have all that work done. He promised to return a portion of my deposit, and after phone calls and a letter he refuses. He cashed a $500.00 check, did no work, and is keeping my money.
Description of Work: The shower leak needed fixing.
