yI called the 29th of January for a propane delivery. I had about 30 gallons. After awaiting 10 days and no delivery i had to turn off my furnace with 5 gallons of propane left and heat with electric space heaters for another week before they even delivered. Then they left a bill for $4.83 a gal !!!!! for $468.02. A 39% increase in a matter of 35 days from the last delivery on 1/10/14. My bill doubled and so did my electric bill !!

"Last winter the whole country suffered a propane shortage. Schools and Government buildings were closed from the propane shortage. We did the best we could under the circumstances."

This company have been responsive, professional, punctual and reliable. They advertise their prices online and didn't insist on a complex 'customer account registration' phase as some companies seem to.
