+ -1 moreGeorge has worked out very well. I have spent $3000 so far. It is going to be $4500, unless there is additional fees which I don't know about yet. He is very good with giving frequent feedback. He provides PDFs via email. He is available by phone. He is just a friendly person. He was recommended to us by our builder. Our builder uses him frequently. I think the pricing is very reasonable.
Description of Work: We went with George T Farnum. He is doing services for us right now. He has provided architectural drawings.
