They are the contruction company that I used that I am extremely pleased with. They did a fabulous job. They were marvelous to work with, very efficient, on time, they cleaned up, they came in at exactly the price that they said that they would. They were never delayed, never tied up, never failed to show. I appreciate their honesty, when they told me they cannot do my porch, rather than misleading and misdirecting me.

It was very good service, we are very very satisfied.

They did a good job. They were prompt, very courteous and did the job that they were required to do. It was under warranty.

It went very well. I had the master bath remodeled a few years ago, so it's interesting to compare the two contractors. EMK did a great job of planning and understanding that finishing the job is important. Without that skill, a project can linger much longer that it needs to be - and believe me, when you don't have a kitchen, time is of the essence.

If you decide to use EMK I have a little advice:

1. Eddie was the guy on site and he was awesome! He was very good at making sure the project moved forward and stayed on time, and pulled us in on decisions with enough lead time.

2. Use their vendors for granite and tile - they were great and surprisingly affordable! I regret not doing the same thing for the cabinets.

3. Listen to them. They have good advice that is worth considering.

EMK did an excellent job.

The project took two and half month. I am a retired person, but in many instances I did find an hour before that they would show up, but I am fortunate that I am a retired person it did not matter to me, but a little better communication beforehand would have been helpful.
