It went extremely well. He helped plan all the jobs to maximize what we would get while helping to work in our budget. He was extremely fast especially given our timeline for getting the work completed. Material costs were higher and skew pricing since we went with extra insulation to make space livable and so extras we asked for such as an electrical sub panel and a ton of outlets for all our electronic gadgets. He also made an awesome custom cabinet that required a very unique shape due to the layout of our kitchen.

Len was the only contractor who came anywhere near our budget and his estimate was exactly what he charged. We got what was laid out in the detailed estimate proposal which we discussed prior to beginning the job.
