CECILE WINDOW COUTURE LTD

Prior to choosing Cecile I had visited other window treatment stores. They all offered similar products and offered to come to my home for a consult. Cecile did as well . What impressed me most about Cecile was that she is an independent business owner, very talented and a woman who pays attention to detail. She checked and double checked her measurements before beginning any project. She's pretty much a one woman show with the total emphasis being pleasing the customer. She offered several options for each of the two rooms , master bedroom and kitchen, and offered her opinion though the final decision was all mine . I never felt pressured or hurried in making decisions and samples were sent to my home so I could live with them for a while before making the final decision. . I especially liked having the quotation upfront which could be amended as necessary to fit my budget. The end products compliment the rooms well without overdoing it. I have received many compliments on these window treatments and couldn't be happier with her. I'm sure there will be another project woth her in the future! She was a gem of a find!!.
