+ -1 moreBryan Cannon & his "partner" or "girlfriend" Linda are SCAMMERS. They accepted advanced monies then created all sorts of drama that eventually led to NO WORK DONE. Continual "stories & excuses" for their NO SHOWS as only one example. Please DO NOT HIRE these Grifters. They have been scamming & stealing from people in the Albany area apparently for some time as there were reviews going back to 2015. I will be filing a Police Report in attempts to stop them from continuing their illegal & unethical activities future. JBC October 2017

+ -1 moreOverall, it went pretty well. I was concerned because he was new to the business and the price he quoted me was so low. After phone contact and signing of a contract, I paid him in advance and insisted on meeting him in person and seeing the limo before the trip. I was assured by my contact with him that he was reliable and that the passengers would be safe, my primary concerns, although the limo is pretty old (1993).. He was prompt at both ends of the trip and stayed in contact with me and the passengers. The ride to NYC was fine but on the way back, there was a crack in the rear window that made the passengers cold throughout the trip. In addition, the limo was pulled over on the return trip, but no tickets were issued. I have concerns about the reliability and comfort of the limo but liked Brian Cannon and feel he is responsible and reliable. He does have a chauffeur's license and is a retired Marine.
Description of Work: I hired Brian Cannon of Cannon Limousine Service to drive my son and 4 of his friends between Albany, NY and JFK Airport in NYC.
