Rachel was fantastic. She came in and quickly assessed the situation. She was able to get us on track very quickly. I could not be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel to anyone.

Because we were having major work done on our house over the following few months, Meeko's training dwindled. I called Rachel when the work on the house was finally done and told her that we needed her to come back. She came back last week and went over everything again showing us exactly when to do and how to respond to different situations that arise. We have been working with Meeko as Rachel suggested and she is doing MUCH better. There was no charge for this return visit.
Rachel gave us confidence and also let us know that she is always just a call or an email away.
Because it has been so cold, walks have become limited so Rachel suggested that she come back again in April and practice outdoor walking with her there.
In just a few days, Meeko will wait by the door to go out and not try to leave until we say OK. She will sit and stay when the doorbell rings - although we need to keep training her to nolt jump up when we let people in the house. That said the difference is amazing.
 Rachel is a wonderful trainer. She is kind and warm and understanding. And she LOVES dogs! I would recommend Rachel Baum and Bark Busters to anyone who wants to have their dogs behavior improved - she's absolutely GREAT!

I started with Pet Smart training, no help. Then I found Rachael and her company to correct problems with my dog; her office said she was professional and can make a difference; cannot prove it by me. no success.
that's when my vet referrred me to Tony Filippone of Proper Pet Academy in Glenmont who was the only person who has made a HUGE difference in a troubled dog; he is real. But I don't see him on Angie's List, even though I referred him as a GREAT trainer. The other two trainers were a waste of money as far as i'm concerned.

Rachel is wonderful. She knew exactly how to correct the problems and her patience with us and our dog was terrific. We have asked her several questions and she knew exactly what to show us to do. Her honesty in appraising the number of visits needed is admirable and we know that we can contact her with questions even though we have completed our contract with her. We highly recommend her to anyone who has a dog that needs any kind of training.

They're awesome! They're really good and I'm really impressed with the lady that does my area. Another thing I like is that she comes to my house. All I have to do is call her and she's there the next day. They're very reliable and no matter what kinds of issues you have down the road you don't pay extra. They come out and they help you. They're kind of expensive upfront, but considering you get it for the lifetime of your pet it balances out to almost nothing.
