Having just purchased the house we were concerned about the effectiveness of the current treatment system and wanted additional treatment. He came and tested the water and found no real issues. Was knowledgeable about the current filter and suggested a UV and secondary filter. Did not try to sell us anything we did not want or need. Said we can keep the existing rust filter since it was still working. Installed the additional items the following week.
