We worked with Paul from Upstate Certified Inspections in purchasing a 45-year-old house during June of 2020. He was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of our call. He was prompt, efficient, and patient with our questions. We received a comprehensive written report two days after the inspection that categorized issues as acceptable, marginal, or deficient. The report revealed issues with the roof, electrical, and attic and included recommendations for remediation.
