Renewed Spaces

Teribble and need resolution. I paid Renewed spaces $3000 to start with, after 2 or 3 days he wanted progress payment of $3000 to buy material and I paid that. That makes it close to 50% payment. Towards end of week Renewed spaces wanted more payment, another $3000. I told him that he needs to show me progress or get material site and he refused to do that. He also stopped working after 4-5days from start of work and said he will walk away without additional money. I told him that I will pay for all material and when he completes phases of project I will pay. He lied through out project that he will get materials on order and work done but nothing was done. In between the project, he blocked my contact for 2 weeks and said he had personal issues, I took a big loss on this project and out of overall scope, I paid 50% and only 15% of scope or less is completed and now he blocked me. I proposed multiple ways to move forward to make it work but he listened to nothing and insisted on more payment.

This company is by far the best company I ever ever worked with. Their work is exemplary. They are true professionals who take pride in their work they do. They have done various jobs for me and I have never been disappointed but exceptionally pleased at the final outcome Unfortunately this is my summer home and all pictures are there. But the remodeling of my kitchen was magnificent. They added a porch to a screened in porch to barbecue. I have no complaints about the quality of their work. I have never been disappointed with the finished product. They even put down vinyl flooring throughout my entire home. They have painted and replaced drywall. It is a privilege to recommend Renewed Spaces you will not be sorry. Even their prices are reasonable. I have an worked with several different companies and Renewed Spaces is by far the only company I now hire. They are multi talented and can do just about everything with phenomenal results.
