Great work.  Fit me in when I was available.  Responsive and professional.  In each space, care was taken to protect my belongings and he cleaned up after his work was done.  Finished work quickly and as I wanted.  He left me to take care of an emergency and another client; you can tell he takes care of his customers when needed.  Highly recommend.

Excellent.  First, we wanted to dig the trench from the house to the shed - and he was fine with us doing that part of the job - and he helped out with the price when we offered to do that part of it.  Second, he planned to do the job over two days.  Between days, my husband ended up in the hospital and was out of commission for awhile. He wasn't able to finish the coop.  Ray had no complaints when I told him that we needed to delay finishing the job.  After we finished building the coop, Ray finished the job. He never charged us until the total job was done - even though he did a lot of work before we were the cause that kept him from finishing the job He is the kind of guy that you feel really comfortable with immediately. Nice, polite, trustworthy and professional.

I recently purchased an older home built in the 1970's. During the inspection, it was recommended that the Federal Pacific panel be replaced. I was able to set up an appointment within a short period of time from my call. Ray and his assistant arrived on time and were professional and pleasant. The work was completed quickly and neatly. He said that I was using an outdated thermostat.  He asked me to get a digital thermostat.  It would save me money throughout the year because it goes on and off with the temperature.  He was very punctual and he was a licensed electrician.  He charged $60 an hour.  He got one job done in 40 minutes and charged me only $30.  He was always punctual and trustworthy.  He did an excellent job and everything works fine.

We first met Ray at our home inspection prior to purchasing our home.  Since it was older, we knew we were going to need to put some money into it but wanted to make sure it didn't have any really serious problems.  Ray reviewed the spaghetti in the unfinished basement, identified a number of items, including issues with the breaker panel, and put together a very fair estimate for the cleanup.  Shortly after moving in, he spent parts of two days doing the whole house update described above.  He worked efficiently, and was well prepared, however at the end of the 2nd day, he acknowledged being stumped by some puzzling behavior on one lighting circuit.  He suggested quitting for the day, expecting that the answer would probably come to him if he stepped away from the problem.  Sure enough, he called the next day, said he had been thinking about the problem and believed he had figured it out.  This kind of CARING is what makes me a loyal fan.  He came back and finished up, not charging us any extra for the extra time or trip.

Very professional and pleasant, he was not adding things on and charged a very fair rate. I would highly recommend him. He provided excellent quality at a reasonable price.
