Since it was after the first snowfall in December we wouldn't have been surprised if they couldn't take on new clients but they were so pleasant and accommodating. Someone came to look at our drive right away and phoned with a quote that evening. The plow driver has always appeared promptly and done a very thorough job. We couldn't be more pleased both with their service and professionalism.

They were quick to respond and were able to plow my circular driveway even though it was difficult due to the width of the plow and my narrow driveway. I appreciated that they took care of this for me so we could clear the mound of snow left by the plow trucks.

It has gone extremely badly. The boss at this outfit has taken to belittling us and teasing us about having our money for which we have repeatedly requested he do the job we hired him to do. The boss is a phone sadist.

IT WAS ADEQUATE. IT IS THE KIND OF COMPANY THAT SEND REMINDERS. THEY DON'T REALLY COME ON TIME, BUT THEY DO COME. I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO BE AROUND WHEN HE WAS DOING THE WORK.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR LAWN. THEY CLEANED UP THE LITTLE MESS THAT WAS LEFT AFTER THEY HAD TO DIG IN THE LAWN TO FIND THE TOP OF THE SEPTIC TANK AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.
