Innovations by VP

We did research online to find the faucet and found it at Innovations by VP. They had several faucets on display as well as the sink we purchased.  We were able to put them together to see what the finished product would look like before purchasing the faucet.  They had a counter very similar to ours so it worked out great. They did not have the faucet in stock and it came in when promised.

Vanity was ordered by the store and arrived in four weeks (within the timeframe that we were given by the store). Delivery was timely and went well.

It was a very good experience.  The pricing was reasonable when compared to others and they were high quality.

1. The quality of the cabinets from Aird Dorrance is excellent. 2. Double and triple check the color of the cabinets prior to ordering. 3. Make sure your Aird Dorrance salesman does the MOST accurate job of measuring. See above for start to finish. We were generally very pleased with the contractor, Joe Stumpfel. He arrived on time and really did a beautiful job installing the cabinets and putting in the tile backsplash.

We are building a custom home. Lindsey is responsive immediately to our needs.

We had to wait 4 weeks for delivery, however everything came in on time.

Cabinets are great and arrived on time with a complete order. The company accepted 50% down and 50% on delivery. When it was time to order the countertop, they wanted 50% on order and 50% on templating. That would have left us with nothing to withhold if we were unhappy with the install. Rule number 1 of remodeling is not to pay 100% up front. They said it was their policy. We said we also have a policy and...no. We won't pay 100% before install. So we ended up with a bad taste and we had to go elsewhere for our countertop. Which we did with no problem.
