The transaction did not close because of pretty serious defects including pervasive mold.
These guys saved me from a very bad property.
We've lived in our home for a few months now and have had a couple contractors in to check out our fireplace, and to get an estimate on our furnace. We've been a little disappointed by things that have been pointed out to us by contractors that Marc had failed to mention to us. Granted, the contractors are experts in their own fields, and Marc can't be expected to know it all, but when the furnace guy is pointing out electrical and insulation issues, we wish we'd noticed those things prior to our purchase, and I wonder if Marc really should have noticed them.
