Well, that's the interesting part! During the inspection, it was discovered that our wood burning stove insert and metal chimney was installed incorrectly. John even took off part of the chase to show me the violations. The violations could have easily led to a house fire. These guys could have saved our lives. In addition to spending far more time at our home than I'm sure they planned, they took detailed notes and offered to give us an estimate on getting the unit up to code and in safe working order. They were so good to work with. We are now waiting to have to follow up work completed but have total faith in both of them. They were professional. They were knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

Guys from the company were friendly, knowledgeable and were careful about not leaving a mess. Their service is excellent. They seem to be a bit expensive however.
