Stay away from Whelan Property Services. They are the most unprofessional and unskilled contractors I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They destroyed our brand new porch with a horrific stain job and now we will have to pay to have someone sand it all down and start over. Drips, smears, missed spots, stain on my siding, stain all over my concrete pad, and they just don’t give a crap. They weren’t even willing to come fix it and had the audacity to say he wouldn’t charge me for the job! I am trying to save someone else the headache of having to deal with them. They do terrible work and are also awful mowers. Just lazy and careless. Don’t hire them, you will regret it.
