Water Guys Inc.

It was put in and it worked ok. Husband asked how to winterize it. He told us to just close up your camp the way you normally do. So we did just as he said. Come spring, we didn't have great pressure , and it continually got worse. We called another company thinking it was our water pump on our well. That gentleman said that our pump was old, but it was still ok. We had him put a new one in anyways. As soon as he turned the water on, we had resin coming out of all of our faucets. Horrible mess. He wanted to see our water softener, and when he saw it, he knew what the problem was. The water Guy put in tanks that were for a year round home, not a camp which is closed in the winter. There are no drainage tubes on the tanks. So water was still in there that froze during the winter, cracking the tubes inside them. We paid 3 thousand for it, and they were ruined. We called the water guy, Joe Scaracini and he came over it look at it. Told us to blow out the pipes to see if that would make it better. If it didn't , then he would come back. My husband did what he was asked, which didn't help. We called Joe back, but he wouldn't answer our calls. Called him off and on for two weeks. Still nothing!!! I don't know what to do. How can I get my money back?
