"Sometimes as a small business owner there are situations that come up that need to be handled that are not ideal. As a new business we do appreciate all business but because our services are being requested at a growing rate, we have to hand choose our clients. In some circumstances whether employee comfort levels, improper work environment, unrealistic expectations we cannot meet within the time frame allotted, etc. we choose to end a relationship with a customer. We have over 20 regular weekly or bi-weekly customers who have over 2000 sq. ft. homes that we have no problem completing in the time frame that they choose. As requested by this customer, 3 hours was the time frame they were paying for. We complete 3 hours of work and until the proper price is paid for an upgraded amount per month, we follow a schedule unless it is requested. Like stated above, we have many clients depending on us, especially on our most requested day, Friday. We value all our clients and all of our clients time, so we cannot push back another client because of additional requests the day of service. There has been contact with this customer through mail and voicemail with no response to amount owed until this post. When we discuss the amount discrepancy brought up by the client, we will move forward in paying.
