Mr. Ventre quoted me a fee for repair to my hardwood floors, which I accepted. I called to ask him to contact me to schedule the work. After a week went by and I hadn't heard from him, I called again. He said he'd get back to me but never did. If he didn't want the job, he should have been courteous enough to just tell me instead of wasting my time and causing me frustration. I ended up hiring another local company that did an excellent job.
