Tim took several months to complete, leaving for periods of time to work on other jobs.  He finished in October and in the spring our roof and walls began to leak where the addition connects to the existing structure.  He came out an patched agreeing to come out after the winter to repair.  When we began calling to set up a time to make the repairs, he kept putting us off and finally stopped taking our calls. After having another contractor come out and assess the damage, we have been left with repairs totaling at least $10,000.   Tim Allen has denied responsibility for the damage.  DO NOT HIRE TIME ALLEN!

Tim and his team (Scott and Dave) were great to work with, he responded quickly, gave me good quote on the basement and a great price on the bathroom.  He did the bathroom cheap to get the basement job, after all the work he did for me I would expect he'll do that again.  They dug a trench around my basement, installed new pipes to the sump, new sump pump, well and cover.  Waterproofed the walls, installed dry wall, ceiling, insulation, electrical, plumbing he did it all (didn't do carpeting).  Basement is wonderful, kids downstairs peace and quite through out the house.  The bathroom almost killed him, glass tiles, frameless shower, new toilet, vanities, floor tiles.  Tim is such a perfectionist, the small glass tiles are difficult to hang (in shower) every single one is level.  Easy to work with, a nice man, a bite forgetful because he focuses so much on the job.  If you tell him something and it's really important write it down, otherwise he'll be asking you again later.   Takes his time, cleans up ever day, job lasted longer than expected but work was wonderful.

Tim himself is very good. He is reliable, reasonably priced, and responsive.
