LAWN MEDIC OF SYRACUSE

I’ve used them probably, I moved in my house in 1993. It was a new house. So I’ve used them, I would say from the mid 1990’s to October 2016.They started off good. Then every year they slowly went downhill, downhill and downhill. Last year even the guy from the company I use for my lawn care service commented how they didn’t even do half my lawn as far a treatment. I wouldn’t use them. I wouldn’t recommend them. I mean there’s better professional company’s out there that do things in a timely fashion or manner and give a guarantee on the quality of their work. I’m locked into a contract now with another lawn treatment company and it’s related to Lawn Medic which was my mistake. In fact today I called them on the phone saying, “Where is my treatment? I’ve waited 4 weeks for you to show up.” He’s supposed to show up next Tuesday. If he doesn’t show up Tuesday, I’m terminating him Tuesday and I’m referring my lawyer to him because there’s a contract. I’m breaking the contract. There is so many company’s out there lately that seem to do these, think they can do half the job and pray upon the people that are paying for the treatment because most of the time when the treatment is done their not at home their at work. See, I just retired so I never knew all this stuff until I actually retired and actually saw what was going on. So, it’s something people should consider before the actually trust a company. Really do a check up on the company. They provided pest control, insecticides on the lawn, Crabgrass treatment, another weed treatment, I can't think of the name and lawn fertilization in 4 visits. I pay as they do the work. I don't pay them in advance because then they are a little bit laxed in showing up. They're service went down. They weren’t good in 15 and they weren’t good in 16. They were the worst in 16 and that's when I dropped them like a hot potato. Number 1: They need to get professional staff. Not people off the street that just don't have any experience. Number 2: Be professional and courteous. Honor they commitments on contract agreements. And provide a higher quality of service. The price is about the same. It doesn't really vary that much. The price is fairly fair. I don't use them anymore. Their price is comparable to what I'm using now and a quote I got from another service. I had to call them to get my work done. If they were punctual I wouldn't have had to cal them to get them out there to do my work. I they would have came out of a regular scheduled basis. All my other neighbors had their lawn treatments done at least 3 weeks before I ever got mine done. This last treatment I had done last year, it was an older gentlemen. He missed half my lawn. He just went up and down like he was taking a leisurely stroll without getting the edges around my house, my property boarders or where there was some large concentration of where some weeds where starting to form. And that was told to me by other vendors that I have had on my property. The guy who's doing my lawn treatment now even said the same thing.

I have used for years and service quality has steadily declined. Staff is not fully trained , do not full extent of my property, and hit or miss on spreading products

I had had a national chain provide service to my lawn for years, and was always frustrated with them, but their price was considerably lower than any of the other services. I finally reached my frustration limit, and began researching other services. I chose Lawn Medic, and my lawn looks better and is more weed-free than ever. I've gotten many compliments on it.. No muss, no fuss, and no aggravation. I'm pleased with Lawn Medic's service and results.

They were recommended to us by our neighbors. The yard looks much better with the service. You never know they are there, very quick and courteous of the property. Used them last year and we are continuing the service.
