JBC Home Inspections offers both residential and commercial inspections. We are fully insured and licensed in New York State. We are proud to cover 11 counties across Central New York. Our residential inspections are based on a 1600+ point checklist and our commercial inspections are based on a 1000+ point checklist. Our mission is to provide you with thorough, unbiased evaluations of a home's condition, empowering you with the information you need to make informed decisions. We also offer year-round discounts for veterans, first responders, and active military personnel.
