FALTER'S PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE

The over all cleaning job was specified during her walk through of my house to be 4-5 hours. That is what I expected. Trudy arrived 15 minutes late bringing along her mother that I was NOT notified of nor had met before. They stayed only 2 1/2 hours. They acted as if they couldn't get out of my house fast enough and literally complained that some of cleaning services were not provided (i.e making the bed and doing some extra vacuuming due to the pet hair). We also agreed on a set price of 60.00 when we had met and then she and her mother complained that they would need and extra 10.00 for all their extra work, which was not actually extra, nor was any of the cleaning performed satisfactory. All while they were both here they also proceeded to tell me conflicting stories and lied to me. Trudy also kept telling me she was a professional cleaning person.....She was anything but "professional" and did an extremely POOR job. In addition Trudy had cleaned for a friend of mine a week or so prior and proceeded to complain about my friend and tell me about that job. Not at all professional.
