From the moment I moved in I experienced major problems and was very disappointed the way in which these issues were resolved. Some of the issues included a dryer vent made of foil that ripped from the ceiling, exterior doors hung improperly, a leaking heating system, an AC unit that leaked freon, a shower door without a latch, cracks in the garage floor, unfinished porch pillars...the list goes on. Overall the quality of the fixtures that were chosen were the cheapest available and one year later I am having to replace faucet fixtures, carpeting, recaulking, painting wood that ws not sealed, rehanging doors, insulating stairs, redoing ventialtion - all at my expense. When my AC did not work the first year, freon was put into the system. When it did not work the second year, because the freon had leaked out, it took a month in almost 100 degree weather July to get the work done. The dryer vent tore and I was without a dryer for almost a year until I contracted an outsider to vent properly. (a quick patch was made that tore out a week later) The fence was constructed out of the low grade fencing and poorly constructed, The gates are constructed out of fencing with no cross-support and $3 hardware (I actually have been locked in my back yard numerous times and when brought to attention I was told to hang a rope over the latch so I could pull it from the other side). The deck was never constructed because I asked for the plans for the deck before construction and they were never procurred.

I wish all contractors were as professional as Doug. His estimate was easy to understand, he stayed on top of calling me because of a very rainy season. Start to finish top notch job.
