Dave and Susan were very reasonable, actually working above and beyond original quote at no charge. Good, hardworking, thorough people! Wish I had before and after pics and you would understand how right the work was done! No question we would hire them again.

Dave and Susan arrived per schedule with a wide variety of equipment to do the job right and entire job completed in about 5 hours including putting up and taking down scaffolding for high places and mulching. They gave me exactly what I had asked for and provided very neat clean up. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work involved.

Dave and his wife Susan do a great job and are very pleasant people with whom to do business. They are dependable, work quickly, and are very responsive to any concerns.

This has been the third year that Done Right has been my snow plowing service. Susan makes sure the snow is removed, often making repeated trips during a snowy day. She does a great job!

Dave responded to my request in a timely and professional manner. My mother needed someone to mow and trim her lawn and he was the right person to do that. Dave and Sue arrived when they were expected and were done in a short amount of time. My mom now can enjoy sitting on the porch and enjoy her yard.

After losing a snow removal service I'd had for some ten years I contacted Done Right Lawn Service, Baldwinsville, NY. They promptly quoted a price which I accepted. Plowing was done whenever it was needed and it was done very well. As the plowing season ended Done Right has come to my home two or three times to repair any lawn damage that was done by the plowing. They spread top soil in the damaged areas and seeded. To me this is service above and beyond what I expected. Some lawn damage always happens and no previous service ever cared to repair it. 
I would conseder Done Right Lawn Service for any of the services they provide.
