CNY Exterminating

I called this contractor several times during business hours and left my name and number. My calls were never returned. After calling a third time - and receiving voicemail again - I gave up. Days later....still no phone call. I contacted another local exterminator for an estimate.

I left a voice mail for this contractor on 5/18/2012.  The contractor called back on 5/21/2012 and informed me that they do not do bird removal services.  They did not have any referrals to give me.  Since it is a problem I needed to take care of, I contacted Critter Ridders [315-469-7766].  They also do not perform bird removal services, but they referred me to Bill Berry @ 315-569-6804.  I may contact CNY Exterminating in the future if I have other pest control issues.

When they get here they start by checking bait stations that they have set up outside to see if there has been any activity. Then they check with us to see if there's anything specific to be checked. Then they check the basement for any problems. Prior to using them we had signs of multiple mice "incidents", since they started coming we have been totally free of  uninvited "guests".

The entire transaction was conducted over the phone and by mail. My enquiring phone call was retured the same day. All of my questions were answered with satisfaction. The house was sprayed that same afternoon and the bill left in my mail box. The whole thing could not have been simpler, and I appreciated the speed of execution, since I didn't want another sting. It cleared up my ant problem also.

The bees like to get in the shutters and eaves of the house.  They have had pretty much the same price for seven years, which is pretty good.  They treat at the same time every year.  They get back to me right away when I call.  He comes whenever it works for his schedule.  This year he was supposed to be here one day, so we closed everything up, but he wasn't here that day.

It went as good as it could. The quote that he gave over the phone was greater than what I actually had to pay, as the problem wasn't originally as bad as he had thought. He was able to come-out within two days after talking with him, which made me very happy. He was extremely efficient and right on the ball. I would use him again in the future.
