The receptionist, scheduler and electrician were personal, cheerful and friendly. The electrician was able to come before the scheduled time since he was nearby on his previous call. He performed the simple procedure with ease, impressing me with his miniature crank style small screw driver that he used with speed and precision to mount the new switch and face plate! They've won a new customer for any future electrical work.

The only slight problem was regarding the inspection after work was done. The outfit they normally use to do the inspections for some reason was not replying to the requests for the inspection. After a couple failures to get a reply they contracted with another outfit and they came out and did the inspection, passed with no problems.
