ABC Pest Management is locally owned and operated. Our company is licensed with the state of New York and performs a wide variety of services to protect you, your home and business. ABC Pest Management contacted me back almost immediately to say that he was on vacation and would get back to me in about a week. We scheduled a day and time; Rick showed up a few minutes early; however he could not perform the spraying as I could find my cats to shut away for a couple hours. He said he would come back the next day, if possible, which he was able and did the spraying. The ants returned about 3 weeks later in our downstairs bathroom, and Rick returned the same day I called him to respray that area at no charge.

He did all he said he would do. When I had a recurrence of the ants, he stood by his guarantee and came back to take care of it with no additional cost. He was prompt and efficient.

They are great, quick and professional. They show up when they say they will and in my case had to reschedule because the rain would have negatively impacted the treatment. Annual rescheduling is done by e-mail and is a breeze!

ABC Pest Management was fantastic. I called and left a message for Rick and had a return call within 5 minutes and an appt. for the next day! He was able to understand the issue over the phone and quote me right there so there were no surprises. He came our personally and did the work quickly. Within hours the bees were already just about gone, and now 24 hours later, they seem to have all been taken care of. Rick was wonderful and told me that if they weren't gone by the weekend that he would come back next week and do it again. There is a 6 month guarantee on the extermination and that is a good feeling! I hope to never have a bug problem again, but if I do, I know who to call!!

They were excellent. This guy came out right the next morning when I needed him. We never saw them again. Whatever he did, in the hole and on the grass, got rid of those things. He was a better price than other places. He was more competitive. If I have to, I would call him right away.

ABC Pest Management was prompt and responsive when contacted. Rick Ciotti was thorough and answered our questions as to what he was doing and the materials he was using. He was in and out in the blink of an eye and we have not seen any evidence of mice since.
