Home Inspection
Bill Goldsworthy and his brother Jim conduct the inspections personally. Based on my experience with three other home inspectors (both as a seller and buyer) I found the service provided to be significantly superior to others. Some inspectors want to impress you with what they know, others are so basic as to be patronizing. No so with the Goldworthys. They adopt a kind and thoughtful approach with a view toward being educational. More importantly they do more than you would expect. For example some home inspectors won't check a chimney flue, trip a circuit breaker, or examine a tight crawl space because "we are not supposed to" - whereas the Goldworthy brothers bend the rules to fully satisfy the client.
