The guy came inside my house and puncture my water line. I called and spoke to Shawn and they had a plumber to come in, I told him there's a lot of damage and they told me that they will take care of it.  Now they are saying that they are not responsible for the damages and not paying for anything and they are taking me to court for non payment.

My apartment is an old one and every time I see some pests, I have to get rid of them right then. They were very professional. They came on time and explained what they were going to do. The gentleman seemed like a very nice guy; he was very courteous and friendly. Everything was fine. They were on time, each time and they had no problems coming out for a second visit. Their price was decent. The pest treatment needs to be done every now and then and it is about time for another one.
