Red Oak Hardwood Floor

Arrived later than they said they would but said they would complete the job, since they were using water based polyurethane. When they finished they told me that I couldn't go in to inspect since the floor was still wet but I needed to pay them. So I paid them since the floors looked nice and shiny from the door. Next day I got into the house and found a poorly done job - could not walk on the floor in socks because they were so rough - they must not have used fine sanding paper for a final pass, spilled water seeped right into the boards and there were patches of the old finish all over. Called Sam, he promised to come back and finish the job properly. Made the same promise for several months then blocked my calls. Do not hire these people to work on your floors you will regret it.
