They called a day ahead and gave me a time that they would arrive. I received a much appreciated phone call from them that day that they were running late, and I told them that I had only a limited amount of time to stay at home that day. They arrived, looked at the size of the house and told me HONESTLY that they could not complete the task in the time that remained. We made an appointment for the next morning, they arrived promptly and did a beautiful cleaning job. They are thorough and honest. I've been pleased with their service. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their phone calls and honesty.
