Dave came on time and did a great job. He explained the entire system to me and made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. I was pleased with the service in all respects.

Like another poster I was skeptical that it would make a big difference but it really did. I have had them back ever 1-2 years at my home. It is well worth the cost to have them clean the coil.

We were experiencing discolored water. After some research we decided to try ultrasonic pipe and coil cleaning. From initial contact with the office to the service performed we were very satisfied. The entire process was explained to us and they didn't rush the job like so many contractors do.

We have not had any discolored water since the service. We could not believe what came out of the water system during the cleaning. Company was a pleasure to deal with.

During cold weather with both heating plant circulators running lack of hot water for a shower became noticeable -- time to clean the boiler immersion coil! Quotation was $94 for coil cleaning and $94 for cleaning of associated piping. The immersion coil had no connection points, which proved no problem -- technician used clothing washer CW line for his equipment connection and the bathtub to dump the dirty water. No problems, everything worked fine. As far as cleaning of remaining piping, it was not required as there was very little cross-contamination -- no clogged faucets, which could have been flushed of solids after temporary removal of their aerators.

Dave arrived on time and was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him to others and have used his services before and wouldn't hesitate to use again next year.
